Incredibly sad news for the Lost Romance team. This week we lost producer, engineer, mixer and friend of the band, Eric Thorngren @eric.thorngren . We initially met Eric aka ET through our friend Steve Ferrone @steve_ferrone to have him engineer drums for our latest single, “Limousine”. When it came time to mix, Steve recommended ET to get the job done and what a job he did! With an amazing resume (Talking Heads, Eurythmics, Bob Marley, Squeeze, Kenny Wayne Shepard and more), ET knew the exact vibe we were going for and his guidance on the track was priceless. What I’ll really miss is his friendly larger than life personality, no bs attitude and the rock n’ roll stories he told me on our phone calls. He made a big impact on me in a short period of time and I’m grateful to have known him and called him a friend.
